The Client shall not provide any staff member employed by the Provider on the Client’s behalf with any access to the Client’s bank accounts, credit or debit cards, invoicing, or other sensitive financial information. Should the Client choose to give their staff member access to any financial information against the Provider’s policy, the Client shall hold the Provider harmless for any action, fraudulent or otherwise, undertaken by the staff member working for the Client. The Client waives any rights to sue or otherwise pursue any legal action or remedy against the Provider for actions undertaken by their staff member.
