Virtual Staging Turnaround & Pricing
Virtual Staging images will be proofed for clients within 24-48 hours after they have been ordered. Virtual Staging images will cost 20 credits per final image and will include 5 pieces of furniture. Furniture sets and individual pieces can be selected from PhotoUp's Virtual Staging Catalog. After the Client approves the proof, final renderings can take anywhere from 4-12 hours, depending on the number of files requested.

All Virtual Staging images will be delivered in standard resolution (4,000 px on the long side). High-resolution images can be rendered by request for an additional 2 credits per image.
Revisions - Every set of images comes with 2 free rounds of revisions during the proofing stage before they are approved for final rendering. After the first two rounds of revisions (pre-rendering), clients will be charged 10 credits per image revision. If the images are approved to render at any point, all subsequent revisions will be charged 10 credits per image per revision.

Single Set - 20 credits
Our flagship service. Choose from over 100 professionally designed sets. Customize and add up to 12 furniture pieces.
Double Set - 30 credits
Ideal for large, open floor plan spaces which have more than one furniture set and customize to your liking.
Custom Orders
You can request additional furniture pieces or swap out unwanted ones.
Change or Swap of furniture pieces per batch order:
Clients may swap up to 2 big furniture pieces from your chosen set for free. The replacement piece shall be selected from the Virtual Staging Library.
Additional furniture:
Additional PhotoUp Furniture: +5 credits per piece, as long as it is currently in our Virtual Staging Library
Non-PhotoUp Furniture: +10 credits per non-existing furniture piece that is not in our Library but can be downloaded online.
New Custom Furniture: +25 credits per custom furniture piece that PhotoUp will create with our internal design team.
