What happens when I cancel my PhotoUp subscription?

Our cancellation policy is based on the type of plan you are subscribed to (monthly or annual).

Cancellation Policy for Monthly Subscription:

  1. You can cancel your monthly subscription and downgrade to an On Demand account at any time.

  2. Once your account is downgraded to On Demand, you will no longer be charged for a PhotoUp subscription starting the following month.

  3. By downgrading to an On Demand account, will immediately lose all Rollover/Forever Credits, all active Property Websites and Virtual Tours, and any orders stored in your BackUp Center.

Cancellation Policy for Annual Subscription:

  1. You can cancel your annual subscription at any time in the current year cycle. By canceling your subscription, you will be moved to an On Demand account.

  2. There is an early termination fee for canceling an annual plan. The early termination fee is 50% of the remaining months on your annual plan. For example, if you have 6 months left in your annual plan term, you can pay for 3 months of service immediately in order to cancel your annual subscription.

  3. By downgrading to an On Demand account, will immediately lose all Rollover/Forever Credits, all active Property Websites and Virtual Tours, and any orders stored in your BackUp Center. You will also no longer receive any monthly credits in your account.

*You will still be able to log into your On Demand account and purchase On Demand credits to continue using your account for any PhotoUp services.
