Turnaround Time
Having accurate turnaround times is important to PhotoUp and our clients. Every PhotoUp member will receive standard 24 hour turnaround on all images. There is also the ability to Rush batches based on the following Rush options:
12 Hour Rush = + 1/2 credit per image
15 Hour Rush = + 3/8 credit per image
18 Hour Rush = + 1/4 credit per image
We also offer FREE Next Day Turnaround to any client on a Pro plan or above (clients must be in North America to receive Next Day Turnaround). Next Day Turnaround policies are as follows:
Complete uploading your images to PhotoUp before 6:00 pm (local time), receive images back by 9:00 am the next day (excludes orders placed on Saturday)
Complete uploading your images to PhotoUp before 9:00 pm (local time), receive images back by 12:00 noon the next day (excludes orders placed on Saturday)
The PhotoUp system carefully calculates a quoted delivery time based on the following scenarios:
Turnaround times are based on a client’s local time
Turnaround times are normal for address that are completely uploaded within Monday 6 AM to Saturday 1:59 AM
You may have up to 6 rush batches in the queue at any one time
No rushes from Saturday 2:00 am to Monday 5:59 am
All address that are completely uploaded within Saturday 2:00 am to Monday at 5:59 am will have the following turnaround times:
North American clients are guaranteed to receive weekend uploads back on or before 6:00 pm local time on Monday evening.
All other clients are guaranteed to receive weekend uploads back on or before 6:00 am local time on Tuesday morning.
In order to receive edits back on Monday night, the client can upload a Monday Rush over the weekend which will ensure that your images are returned back to you at or before Monday at 5:00 pm local time.
Add-Ons
PhotoUp’s premium editing services are not included with one standard credit and may add additional time to your projected delivery time. PhotoUp’s premium editing services include:
Advanced Window Masking = +0 minutes; +0.5 credit
Flash Shadow Removal = +0 minutes; +1 credit
Lawn Enhancement = +0 minutes; +1 credit
Advanced Object Removal = +24 minutes; +3 credits
Lawn Creation = +32 minutes; +4 credits
Day-To-Dusk = +40 minutes; +5 credits
Premium Object Removal = +40 minutes; +5 credits
