The Client acknowledges and accepts the Provider’s scope of service in this Agreement is limited to providing a commercial working space for virtual assistants, on-the-ground staff recruitment services, and administering the lawful hiring and employment of staff members in the Philippines at the direction of and for the benefit of the Client. The Provider’s services shall be inclusive of clerical HR, payroll, accounting, governmental filings, and general management for compliance with the Provider’s company employee handbook.
