PhotoUp provides editing coverage 24 hours a day, 5.5 days a week. In order to give our staff some much needed rest, our office is not open on Sundays. For this reason, deadlines are adjusted on all weekend orders to ensure you always have an accurate expectation of when a batch will be returned to you.
All address that are completely uploaded within Saturday 2:00 am to Monday at 5:59 am will have the following turnaround times:
North American clients are guaranteed to receive weekend uploads back on or before 6:00 pm local time on Monday evening.
All other clients are guaranteed to receive weekend uploads back on or before 6:00 am local time on Tuesday morning.
In order to receive edits back on Monday night, you can upload a Monday Rush over the weekend which will ensure that your images are returned back to you at or before Monday at 9:00 pm local time.
