Late Delivery
At PhotoUp we pride ourselves on returning your edited photos back to you on-time. However, in certain circumstances, batches might be returned late depending on the complexity of edits or queue volume.
In order to be fair to our clients, forever credits will be added to your PhotoUp account in the following manner any time an address is delivered past the stated delivery deadline and more than 24 hours from when it was uploaded:
All Rush fees will be refunded if a Rush batch is delivered after the estimated deadline.
For all other orders and all other credits spent on a rushed batch, no credits will be refunded until the batch is 24 hours from the date and time it was uploaded, regardless of whether or not the deadline was missed.
“Next morning” deadlines of 9 am or 12 noon are non-guaranteed but are still our target on each and every batch. The late batch refund deadline on every batch is 24 hours from the time it was uploaded or the actual deadline of the batch, whichever is later.
After 24 hours, you will receive 1% of the credit cost of the batch for every 15 minutes the batch is late, if the deadline is more than 24 hours from the time the batch was uploaded, or 1% for every 15 minutes since 24 hours from the time the batch was uploaded.
These credit reimbursements will show up under your Billing History tab in your My Account page under "Adjusted Credits". There you will find a link to the batch and the amount of time that the batch was was late.
